Access to the Best Data and Research Resources: Information included in and relied upon for a valuation report is only helpful if it is available for public consumption. "Private databases" that can't be shared do not provide any meaningful support during an audit review, during a negotiation, or in a litigation setting. R&H subscribes to nationally recognized data and research resources and can access the same publicly available information as any of the larger firms.
